Executive Board

The Executive Board runs the company and leads its business. It develops the company’s strategy and ensures that this is implemented. The executives are bound to the company interests and committed to increase the sustainable growth of the company.
 
The Executive Board is responsible for the annual and long-term planning of the company and for the preparation of the annual and group financial statements. It regularly and promptly reports to the Supervisory Board on all issues relevant to the Group concerning strategy, the medium-term company planning, the business development, the risk situation and the risk management.


Dr. Andreas Meier

Personal Vita
Andreas Meier was born in 1962 in Bruck/Mur, Austria and studied Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Graz, Austria until 1985. He earned his doctoral degree at the Montan-University Leoben in Austria. Andreas Meier is married and has three children.

Ludger Heuberg

Ludger Heuberg was born in 1958 in Duisburg, Germany and studied Business and Roman Catholic Theology at the University of Münster, Germany, until 1985. Ludger Heuberg is married with four children.

Dr. John van Put
Member of the Executive Board

Personal Vita
Dr. John van Put was born in 1962 in Geleen (Netherlands). Until 1987, he studied Mining and Petroleum engineering at the Delft University of Technology.

In 1991 he earned his doctorate degree in Chemical Process Engineering. Dr. van Put is married with three children.

Dr. Dmitry Shashkov
Member of the Executive Board

Personal Vita
Dr. Dmitry Shashkov was born in 1966 in Moscow (Russia). Until 1991, he studied Physics of Metals at the Moscow Institute of Steel & Alloys. In 1997 he earned his doctorate degree in Material Science & Engineering from Northwestern University in the US. Dr. Shashkov is married with three children.
