Allegations against H.C. Starck now also dismissed in court and by state authorities
In the course of the work of a United Nations’ panel of experts, H.C. Starck was accused of illegally purchasing raw materials from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The allegations were finally withdrawn with the UN panel’s report of 23 October 2003. In the UN final report H.C.
