You will also have the opportunity to send additional documents with your application.

Before sending your online application and the uploaded files, you will be required to click the box to confirm that you give us permission to collect, store and use your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

2. Storing, using and deleting Information

The information and files you transmit will be stored and used solely for the purpose of receiving and processing your online application. This includes contacting you regarding the status of your application.

If your application is successful, the information and files you sent will continue to be used in the course of the resulting employment relationship. If the application you submit is not successful, the information and files you sent will be stored in our applicant database for a period of three months to enable us to answer any further questions that might arise regarding your application. The data and files will be deleted after this three-month period.

3. Disclosure of Information to third parties

The information and files you provide as part of the online application process will not be disclosed to third parties unless we have your express permission, or are compelled by governmental regulations or other legal processes to do so.

4. Right to revocation
