Locations, directions, and residency information

Goslar, Germany

The location in Goslar plays a special role in our company. Tungsten has been processed here for 120 years. The Goslar location is still our largest to date. It’s also where we conduct intensive research and development for the innovative products and processes of tomorrow. The recycling competencies of H.C. Starck Tungsten Powders are consolidated here as well.

Sarnia, Canada

H.C. Starck Canada Inc. was founded in 1996. Production of tungsten metal, tungsten carbide and cast tungsten carbide powders began one year later. The focus is on providing high-tech powders for America’s hardmetal industry and its oil and gas industry. The exceptional dedication of our on-site employees and the outstanding quality of our products are major reasons why H.C. Starck Tungsten Powders is now an established key player in the tungsten business on the American continent.

Ganzhou, China

Ganzhou, one of the largest cities in the Jiangxi province, is often referred to as the “tungsten capital of the world” due to its large natural tungsten deposits. The joint venture between H.C. Starck and the Jiangxi Rare Earth & Rare Metals Tungsten Group (JXTC) is based here. H.C. Starck Jiangwu Tungsten Specialties (Ganzhou) Co. produces tungsten metal and tungsten carbide powders for China’s high-end market.
