Masan High-Tech Materials signed a framework agreement with Mitsubishi Materials Corporation Group for the sale of all shares in H.C. Starck Holding (Germany) GmbH

H.C. Starck Tungsten GmbH, a subsidiary of Masan High-Tech Materials Group, is planning to establish a recycling center for lithium-ion batteries in the Harz region together with partners. To this end, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed yesterday in Hanover in the presence of Lower Saxony's Economics Minister Olaf Lies.
